For Continuous-Duty LPG Applications

Blackmer LGL150Blackmer® introduces 2 new models within its LGL150 Series motor-speed pumps, as well as an upgraded version of its LGL158B motor-speed pump, for use in high-pressure, continuous-duty LPG fuel-dispensing applications. The new LGL150 pumps are smaller than traditional models, allowing them to offer reduced flow rates for auto-gas dispensers, fewer horsepower requirements and use with C-face single-phase motors. More specifically:

  • The LGL154A is designed for single-hose fueling, and boasts a flow rate of 11.2 GPM (42.4 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 140 PSI (9.6 BAR), a maximum speed of 1,750 RPM, and 3-HP single- or 3-phase motors.
  • The LGL156A is intended for dual-hose fueling, plus delivers a flow rate of 21 GPM (79.5 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 160 PSI (11.0 BAR), a maximum speed of 1,750 RPM, and 5-HP single- or 3-phase motors.
  • The LGL154A and LGL156A models feature new replaceable liners, which are equipped with patented cavitation-suppression technology, as well as a new inboard head that allows the C-face motor bracket to mount directly to the pump head and a shaft that is 1.4 inches longer to allow the same shaft to be used with several different motor-frame sizes.
  • The LGL158 high-pressure pump is for high-pressure dual-hose fueling and in underground LPG storage applications, with a flow rate of 32.3 GPM (122 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 200 PSI (13.8 BAR), a maximum pump speed of 1,750 RPM and 6.5-HP 3-phase motors.
