Moyno® 2000 WA and WB pumps provide optimal performance with a compact, close-coupled configuration that is intended for lower pressure, lower flow applications. Both models are ideal for municipal and industrial applications that require the transfer of highly viscous fluids and solids in which a close coupled configuration is preferred, but the robustness of a gear joint is desired. More specifically:
- The WA pump not only features bearings (integral to the adapter housing) that support the radial thrust loads at the rotor/stator, but also a keyed gear reducer shaft and a sealed gear universal joint drive train.
- The WB pump is highlighted by thrust and radial loads supported by the bearings in the gear reducer, a gear reducer output shaft designed with cross-drilled pin holes to extend service life, a sealed gear universal joint drive train and no need for shaft bearings.
