Control Co.’s new Traceable® Digital-Bottle™ refrigerator/freezer thermometer accurately monitors temperatures in freezers, refrigerators, incubators and environmental chambers. The thermometer is further characterized by:
- A bottle and solution that insulate the sensor from rapid changes, while the solution also mimics exact temperature of samples.
- A stainless steel sensor/probe and waterproof unit to ensure a long product life.
- An easy-to-read digital display that shows high, low and current temperatures within an operating temperature range of -30° to 50°C (-22° to 122°F).
- A solid-state probe, which is sealed in a miniature bottle filled with nontoxic glycol (generally recognized as safe by the FDA), to eliminate mercury thermometer contamination.
- Minimum/maximum functionality to monitor high/low readings overnight, on weekends or for any time period.
- An accuracy of ±1.0°C and a resolution of 0.1°.
- A removable, chemical-resistant ABS plastic holder that stands on a shelf or affixes to any wall.
- A holder, double-back tape, Velcro® and a replaceable silver-oxide battery.
- An individually serial-numbered Traceable® certificate to ensure accuracy.
