OMEGA Engineering introduces its XT Series insulated wire and XC Series braided insulation sleeving to provide electrical conductor solutions for solid oxide fuel cell interconnect applications. This series offers not only electrical conductors that come in multiple shapes, diameters and insulations, but also, more specifically:
- The Omega N wire, which features low electrical resistance at temperatures up to 1,200°C, low thermal expansion, and nickel-, stainless- and platinum-based alloys with an increased surface area.
- The XTW-XT wire (available as a single- or dual-interconnect wire), which combines the company’s wrapping and over-braiding insulation capabilities with 3,000-volt, high pot performance testing capabilities.
