This Charles Ross VersaMix multi-shaft mixer is equipped with a 3-wing anchor agitator, high-speed disperser and rotor/stator mixer designed for sub-surface powder induction. The mixer further includes:
- Feed ports with pneumatically actuated ball valves, a jacketed mix vessel, a level sensor, a vacuum/pressure transmitter, clean-in-place rotary spray nozzles and a magnetic iron trap on the discharge piping.
- A transfer pump assembly that can measure viscosity and density to verify that the batch is complete and within specifications.
- Capacities from 1 through 4,000 gallons.
- An explosion-proof design that includes PLC controls.
- Easily customizable to adapt to sanitary or sensitive applications.
