Optex FA Sensors has increased the durability of its ZM Series self-contained laser sensor with a SUS316L stainless steel housing and IP69K protection. According to the company, the ZM Series further boasts:
- An anti-static PPSU lens, which is not only scratch-resistant, but also water- and oil-resistant.
- The capacity to withstand some of the most severe environmental demands, such as high-pressure, high-temperature detergent washing, thus reducing replacement costs.
- Conformance to the IEC60529 rating system.
- Suitability for raw food, meat and beverage processing.
