AW-Lake introduces its TRICOR Coriolis flowmeters and transmitters in 2 styles — the A Series, which incorporates a diamond-shaped tube, and the T Series, which is designed with a U-shaped tube. More specifically:
- The self-draining TRICOR T Series boasts flow rates from 7,900 to 65,000 kg/hour (290 to 2,400 pounds/minute); line sizes of 1/2, 1 and 2 inches; an accuracy of ±0.10 percent of reading with true zero stability; 316L stainless steel U-shaped flow tubes for easy cleaning, purging and sterilization; a media temperature range from -150° to 400°F (-100° to 204°C); and a pressure rating of up to 1,450 PSI (100 BAR).
- The TRICOR A Series, in contrast, is highlighted by flow rates from 300 to 3,000 kg/hour (11 to 110 pounds/minute); line sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 inches; an accuracy up to 0.10 percent of reading; 316L stainless steel diamond-shaped flow tubes for maximum accuracy; a media temperature range from -20° to 250°F (-100° to 204°C); and a pressure rating up to 2,900 PSI (200 BAR).
