Kason Corp. recently released its Vibroscreen Flo-Thru low-profile screener to classify bulk material into three fractions. It uses two screening decks and two unbalanced weight gyratory motors that are mounted on opposing exterior sidewalls of the unit, reducing minimum height requirements. Features include:
- A design that allows vertical alignment of the top inlet and bottom outlet, allowing the smallest fraction to descend through the screener and the larger fractions to be ejected through peripheral spouts.
- A product available in diameters ranging from 18 to 84 inches, and available in multiple sanitary and electrical standard
- A quick disconnect clamp ring to allow removal of screen frames for inspection, cleaning and screen changes.
- An optional Air-Lift device that raises the upper two screen frames to enable one operator to perform what was previously a two-person task.
