Warning Labels Feature CLP Pictograms

Computer Imprintable Label Systems has launched the Chemical Identification and Hazard Warning Label range in preparation for the new CLP regulations.

Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS) has launched the latest Chemical Identification and Hazard Warning Label range in preparation for the new European regulation of the Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP Regulation) on December 1, 2010. Professionally designed and printed to any size, shape and color, CILS can incorporate the new CLP warning pictograms into your new label designs, change the design of your existing labels to display the new pictograms or even provide permanent pre-printed ‘cover-up’ pictogram labels. The labels:

  • Are fully computer printable, allowing chemical and hazardous substance information to be printed in-house and on-demand.
  • Resist the harshest industrial conditions including chemicals and solvents (Acetone, MEK etc), extreme temperatures (–196°C to +388°C), oils, grease, abrasion and severe weathering (CILS-8000/9000 label range).
