Omron Electronic Components recently released its D6F-W10A1 air velocity sensor with:
- The capability to measure up to10 m/second.
- Omron’s MEMS mass flow chip and patented dust segregation system flow path.
- An amplified, temperature-compensated analog output signal to simplify the integration process by minimizing additional circuitry requirements.
- Suitability for higher velocity applications, including commercial and industrial ventilation systems, draft chambers, and laboratory hood or clean bench applications in which velocities are above the previous maximum of 4 m/second.
