Lower Remediation Analysis Times & Costs

Seacoast Science and Forston Labs recently launched the Forston mini gas chromatograph, which is based on Seacoast’s SeaPORT gas chromatograph that uses MEMS technology.

ForstonSeacoast Science and Forston Labs recently paired up to launch the Forston mini gas chromatograph, which is based on Seacoast’s SeaPORT mini gas chromatograph that uses MEMS technology and integrates with the Forston Labs LabNavigator, resulting in a powerful, shoebox-sized, portable gas chromatograph. According to the companies, the mini gas chromatograph additionally offers:

  • The capacity to tailor the rugged, easy-to-operate equipment for more than 30 parameters.  The acquisition, monitoring and analysis of data from up to 6 simultaneous sensor inputs.
  • Dramatically shortened times for verifying critical changes in environments or processes — shortened response times lower remediation costs.
  • Real-time data for on-site analysis or the capability to immediately send real-time data to a supervising chemist with a cell phone.
  • Suitability for use in soil and water remediation, security and safety, industrial processing, quality control and a range of laboratory applications.
