W. L. Gore & Associates’ new hydrophilic PTFE cartridge filters are designed for bulk high-purity chemicals used in microelectronics manufacturing. The GORE® Filters for High-Purity Chemical Processors:
- Can be used as drop-in replacements for existing filters to achieve significant flow improvements while maintaining or increasing particle retention.
- Use high-flow hydrophilic PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) filtration media, which does not require IPA (isopropyl alcohol) pre-wetting and helps to eliminate de-wetting issues.
