Forsta Filters Inc. has released its Green-Clean technology for industrial water filters, which reduces backwash waste water by as much as 75 percent. The technology:
- Does not interrupt system flow during backwash.
- Utilizes smaller flush valves to minimize the volume of water required to remove buildup on a filter element.
- Uses internal vacuum nozzles to scan and remove debris from the filter in 15 seconds or less.
- Is available with a range of self-cleaning water filters (1-36” flange size), and with screen elements ranging from 5 to 4000 micron.
