Introducing a new, re-designed plastic stand for the TerraPure line of tanks. These tanks are used by businesses in a wide range of industries – including 
biopharmaceutical, medical, and alternative energy – for pure water and water for injection applications. The new TerraPure stand, which will now ship with all TerraPure tanks requiring a molded stand, supports over 4,000 lbs. It offers a number of improvements over the company’s existing plastic stand – among them: a new “ four-leaf clover” design that enables installation of an off-center bottom fitting and greater access to the bottom of the tank; users will now be able to reach 40 percent of this surface making it easier to add plumbing and wiring below the tank or to install sensors in the tank “dish.” Molded from linear polyethylene (LPE) in, the new TerraPure stand weighs just 40 lbs; this, along with its low profile, makes the stand easy to carry and maneuver – even in tight spaces. Its molded feet or “bumps” minimize the stand’s contact with the floor and prevent any wicking action.
