These custom sanitary mixers are engineered and manufactured to customer specifications to match their agitation requirements relative to process, configuration, mounting, drive, seal, impeller type, installation, service-ability, approvals and more. Designed 
for mixing viscosities from 1.0 to 50,000 cps, these sanitary mixers are typically compact, robust, USDA-approved, and ASME-BPE compliant. Available with various impellers for high flow, low shear, gas dispersion, and solids suspension mixing, the mixers can be equipped with motors ranging from 1/12 to 1/2 HP in various voltages, straight or right angle drives, and shafts from 3/4” to 1-1/4” dia., with wetted parts made from 316L stainless steel or higher alloys and can be polished or electro-polished with surface finishes of 20, 15, 10 Ra or finer.
