Fluid Metering presents its Chloritrol™ valveless metering system for the accurate injection of liquid sodium and calcium hypochlorite. However, accurately metering liquid sodium hypochlorite, according to the company, introduces an obstacle because of the fluid's tendency to outgas. The Chloritrol™ system overcomes that obstacle, though, with its primary pump that injects liquid hypochlorite directly into the water main, while its secondary pump removes outgas bubbles from the system, thereby preventing the loss of prime.
