The CHEM-PRO C2 Series metering pump is available in high-flow and low-flow versions. With a low-flow diaphragm, it provides feed/output up to 25.6 gph/97 l/h. The high-flow diaphragm unit has a maximum output of 37.7 gph/142.7 l/h. Both have a maximum working pressure of 150 psi/10.3 bar. Features include a PVDF pump head, PVDF pump head adapters, and PVDF ball valves; digital touchpad control with back-lit LCD display; a variable speed motor, which can be adjusted from 1 to 100 percent in 1 percent increments and has brush life to 3,400 hours (with an extra set of brushes stored inside the pump housing); pump housing of durable powder-coated aluminum; NEMA 4X and IP66 (washdown) rated enclosure; full stroke every time to avoid vapor lock; and a DFD built-in leak detection system that senses a chemical leak in the pump head and shuts off the pump.
