Peristaltic Pumps for Corrosive, Abrasive, and Sensitive Fluids

The 720 Series peristaltic pump is designed for accurate metering and dosing of corrosive, abrasive, and sensitive fluids.

The 720 Series peristaltic pump is designed for accurate metering and dosing of corrosive, abrasive, and sensitive fluids. It’s suitable for the contamination-free transfer of acids, paints, oils, inks, dyes, or waste slurries found in industrial, chemical, pulp and paper, printing, and food processing markets. Offering a smaller footprint than other industrial pumps with similar flow rates, it provides low shear and non-contacting pumping with minimal downtime. The series includes single-channel flows up to 8.8 gpm and 17.6 gpm through two individual tubes, as well as a choice of analog or digital control, and is available in a NEMA 4X washdown case. Features include LoadSure tube elements for easy maintenance as well as metering repeatability at 99.5 percent. Many models include integral digital drives and displays in washdown enclosures. Flow rates range from 0.1 microliter to 350 gpm. There are no internal universal joints, valves, dead corners, or glands to impede flow
