The Portable FlowCAM particle imaging and analysis system is a compact version of the Benchtop FlowCAM system for laboratory operation. The unit travels conveniently like a laptop yet has the same range of patented particle imaging and analysis tools as its predecessor. The analyzer automatically takes high-resolution digital images of individual particles and cells in a fluid, measures particle size, length, width, shape, fluorescence, and dozens of other parameters in real time, and saves the images and data along with the time and date of the collection for further analysis.
