Static Injection Mixer

The Model 2800 static mixer is a 316 SS fixed plate with two 1/8 in. gaskets. It is designed to fit into the mating flange bolt circle of any piping system to provide rapid mixing of fluids. A suitable replacement for conventional mixers, which are typically 25 ft long and expensive to transport, this static mixer can be supplied with up to a 10 ft diameter and achieves >98 percent injected fluid dispersion only 10 diameters downstream.
