Advanced Instruments, Norwood, MA, will officially introduce its Model 3320 Micro-Osmometer to ethanol producers during the Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo June 26-29 at America’s Center in St. Louis, MO. The Model 3320 is designed to help ethanol production plant managers streamline key control processes and dramatically cut the time needed to determine dextrose equivalence of liquefaction samples by eliminating manual titrations. Automated osmometry instrumentation can reduce testing time, on average, six-fold by delivering results in three minutes rather than the 20 minutes required with manual titration. More information is available at the expo or by calling 800-225-4034.
