Rolling Process Rolls Back To Accuracy

RollCheck® by Seiffert Industrial is a visual laser tool to facilitate quick and accurate field replacement of process rolls in industry. A laser emitter unit mounted on a reference roll projects two Class 2 fanned 635-nm laser lines onto a reflector unit mounted on the roll to be moved, allowing the operator to view both the vertical angle (pitch) and horizontal angle (parallelity) as the roll is adjusted into alignment. RollCheck® fits rolls of almost any diameter spaced between 1/2 inch to 10 feet apart.
