Bematek in-line mixer systems are designed to rapidly disperse materials in liquids, enhancing a product’s stability, viscosity, texture, color or flavor. The high-speed model works by passing the entire slurry through a high-shear mixing head for continuous in-line processing or recirculation through a tank. Producing a highly uniform and repeatable product, these systems include a pump, valves, stainless steel tank, piping with quick-disconnects and clean-up easily with minimal waste. Featuring a Modular Engineered Design™, the mixers can be configured to handle:
