This unit uses a reservoir of ultra-pure water and liquid nitrogen to create non-contaminating fog for clearly observing airflow pattern and direction around ISO-regulated cleanrooms, as laminar airflow is critically linked to cleanliness. Visualizing air helps with airflow balancing and identifying contaminating air infiltration.
The M2001 Fogger's non-contaminating attribute allows use during regular cleanroom operation. The neutrally buoyant fog dissipates less rapidly than ordinary misters, and leaves no residue when droplets evaporate. The reservoirs allow for up to 45 minutes of fog output.
Optional accessories for this unit include joint elbows, hose assemblies, and extendable wands that enable cleanroom operators to see airflow in every corner of their workspace. Spaces above and below equipment can be tracked, as the unit is small and portable. This fogger is ideal for creating video recordings of airflow.
