CB6 Walk/ride base combines a sump cleaner with power transport for long hauls between collection and disposal or treatment. Power transport maneuvers sump cleaner through narrow aisles, around tight corners and provides easy work positioning. Operator can also walk and maneuver the sump cleaner into tight areas.
Sump Cleaner on base uses high suction lift to remove all coolant, chips and sludge in the sump within minutes. Filter separates solids from coolant. Pump filtered coolant back to machine tool sump or transport to central system.
The CB6 walk/ride base operates on a 36 volt battery. The walk/ride base has a battery discharge indicator and automatic charger. It also features a high tech speed controller with adjustable acceleration/braking. For operator safety the unit is equipped with a safety belt with activation circuit.
