Promess adds Torque-PRO Motorized Torque Assembly and Test Systems to its line of intelligent assembly and test automation products. Torque-PRO offers five standard torque capacities with standard rotational speeds up to 1,400 rpm.
Standard Torque-PRO monitoring and test capabilities include data acquisition and analysis, torque vs. angle signature monitoring, and gauging. Also standard is a suite of advanced curve analyses functions including average torque, minimum torque, maximum torque, range/peak-to-valley, and area.

- Measurement of bearing breakaway and running torque
- Checking for freeness of riveted automotive seat latch assemblies
