MISUMI USA, Inc. (Schaumburg, Ill.) will be featuring its MSA Series Belt Drive Actuators, which feature one-piece steel pulleys and touch timing belts, at booth #S6063. These actuators can carry loads up to 500 pounds, with travel speeds ranging from 1,200 to 10,000 mm/second, and standard lengths up to 6.25 meters. Custom lengths are available upon request. The company says these systems are ideal for packaging, printing, machine tool and automation applications, in part because they have a repeatability of ±25 um or better. During the show, the company will be displaying all eight of the standard models, which vary in specification to aid in a variety of applications.
