Hapman (Kalamazoo, Mich.) is now offering three new large capacity pneumatic vacuum conveyors, which now include models 30, 36 and 32. These units allow for increased capacities of up to 18,000 lb/hour while still providing low maintenance and reliability. The company says these conveyors are engineered to move high-volume bulk material in a short period of time, all without the need for plant air. The integral PD pump generates the necessary vacuum, while a unique latched side door provides easy access to the internal filters, making for fast filter inspections and changes with no tools.
Other features include:
- A reverse air pulse filter cleaning mechanism.
- A carbon or stainless steel construction.
- A factory-mounted support frame for field tie-in.
