GREEN Access & Fall Protection (Sheffield Village, Ohio) has announced the release of its Model SB-RT Telescoping Ramp Gangways, which feature extended reach access to protect operators working on the top of tank trucks or rail cars. The gangways, which are ideal for applications where the required range is within 15° above or below the working platform height, feature adjustable dual-tension springs in both side panels. The folding handrails and telescoping midrails are made from heavy-wall tubing, and the walkway has a grip-strut surface for better traction. The company says that customers can choose from a variety of mounting options, such as slide-track, pivot or blush-mount. Optional features include manual- or electrically-operated hydraulic lift packages for larger units, side-mount brackets and safety chains.
