The company says the SST has the ability to extend the life of coolant and wash water, which can help save money on coolant costs, with removal rates of up to 1-2 gallons of medium-weight oil per hour, depending on the belt selection. New or improved features include a wiper blade system, which fit securely in the tough and allow for cleaning on both sides of the belt for better oil removal efficiency, and a removable tough for easy and quick clean-up. Other features include:
- A stainless steel construction that allows the Mighty Mini to operate in harsh chemicals and heat, plus a small construction that weighs in at eight pounds.
- An integrated timer for automatic operation and a long-life, fan-cooled motor that utilizes specially-engineered belts for oil removal.
- A small footprint that fits underneath most CNC machines and can fit through a bung hole in a 55-gallon drum.
