SEATTLE (AP) — F5 Networks Inc., which offers information technology and networking equipment and services, said Monday that it purchased Crescendo Networks' intellectual property assets for an undisclosed amount.
F5 said it bought intellectual property and other technology assets during Crescendo's liquidation process, which was held in Israel. Crescendo had been based there.
F5 said that some Crescendo employees will work for F5 out of its Tel Aviv office.
The company said the purchase will not materially impact its quarterly results.
