FALLS CHURCH, Va. — CSC recently announced that it has been awarded two 2010 SAP Pinnacle Awards in the areas of customer satisfaction and sustainability.
SAP Pinnacle Awards are granted to leading SAP partners that have excelled in enhancing the customer experience, addressing critical issues such as accelerating co-innovation and improving return on investment. Winners were selected based on more than 230 nominations in 27 categories received from partners and SAP employees. CSC received the awards at a special awards ceremony held on the eve of SAPPHIRE NOW, SAP’s international customer conference being held in Orlando May 16-19.
“At CSC we expect our customers to expect more, and after being nominated for SAP Pinnacle Awards for customer satisfaction three years running, we are thrilled that our dedication to client service was deemed worthy of such a sought-after recognition in 2010,” said David Parsons, vice president, CSC Global Alliances and Corporate Marketing.
“CSC also continues to work with industry leaders like SAP to help clients realize the benefits of sustainability, and we’re proud to take home a 2010 Pinnacle Award in the category ‘Sustainability Partner of the Year’ for our efforts and expertise in such a crucial part of our business,” said Jim Cook, president, CSC Business Solutions and Services Sector. “CSC is enabling customers to leverage sustainable practices and open up new revenue streams that not only make a positive impact on the environment, but also on the bottom line.”
