Waukesha, WI – November 26, 2012 - Wildeck, Inc., the largest manufacturer of industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines), material lifts (VRCs), and safety guarding products, has appointed Noel Neris to the position of Lean Leader for its North American operations, based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Wildeck products enable customers to improve capacity, efficiency, and safety throughout their facilities, including distribution centers, warehouses, and manufacturing operations nationwide.

To support the company’s aggressive business growth, Neris will report directly to the President and will be responsible for the implementation of Lean strategies, coordination of Kaizen events, Lean training, developing key metrics for lean deployment, and streamlining company procedures and processes (Value Stream Mapping) to reduce cycle times and improve work-flow.
Noel is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Industrial Management, and he brings over six years of experience in engineering and quality management to the company. Noel also has a solid background in the implementation of Lean tools, data analysis, and is Green Belt Six Sigma Certified.
