RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Commonwealth Laminating & Coating Inc. is planning a $16.5 million expansion of its manufacturing operation in Henry County.
Gov. Bob McDonnell says in a news release that the expansion will create 40 jobs.
The company manufactures solar-control window films and precision high-performance coatings.
The Virginia Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission approved $320,000 in Tobacco Region Opportunity Funds for the project.
