WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Department of Defense said Monday that it has awarded Navistar Defense LLC a $17.2 million contract to support its armored trucks being used in combat zones.
The work is scheduled to be finished by the end of June 2011.
The work will be performed in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait.
Navistar Defense is a subsidiary of Navistar International Corp., which is based in Warrenville, Ill.
