ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — State agricultural officials say Tita Corp. of Queens in New York City is voluntarily recalling some fresh cheese products due to improper pasteurization.

The cheese involved in the recall is labeled Quesito Colombiano Columbian Cheese and was sold in the metropolitan New York area.

The recalled products are all sold in plastic pouches, or rectangular clear plastic tubs and are marketed under the brand name "Tita."

The package labels have the plant code 36-8440.
