Interstate raw milk sales are illegal, but an Oregon raw milk producer is claiming free speech rights are being hampered amid a ban on in-state advertising. All Oregon farmers who sell milk on the farm directly to consumers are prohibited from advertising the milk online, in fliers, via email or on signs. Christine Anderson, who filed a lawsuit against Oregon Tuesday to overturn the ban, said:
