The National Cattleman's Beef Association (NCBA) has filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court challenging an EPA finding that greenhouse gasses are a threat to public health and welfare. The EPA has proposed a ruling to limit greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles. NCBA pushed back, with Deputy Environmental Counsel Ashley McDonald saying,

"We have already seen many actions by this administration’s EPA that proves they believe they are above the law. Forcing these greenhouse gas regulations upon Americans, including hard-working cattlemen and women is yet another example of this."
