NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) — Kraft Foods Group is asking state officials for a grant of up to $456,000 for upgrades to its manufacturing facility in Dover.
Kraft says it wants to use the money to buy and install new packaging equipment.
The request is among several that will be considered by the state Council on Development Finance at its meeting Monday.
The council also will consider a request by St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington to modify the terms of its existing $4 million Strategic Fund loan. The hospital is asking the loan modification in order to develop an all-inclusive elderly car program at the Riverfront in Wilmington.
