PROCESS EXPO Coverage: Beverage Sessions Added to Program

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) released the beverage portion of the PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY educational program. Speakers for these sessions will include experts from Purdue University and attendance will be free of charge for all registered attendees.

MCLEAN, Va. (FPSA) — The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) released the beverage portion of the PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY educational program taking place at Chicago's McCormick Place from November 3-6, 2013. Speakers for these sessions will include experts from Purdue University and attendance will be free of charge for all registered attendees.

Session topics include Aseptic Processing and Packaging and Wine and Its Challenges in Processing. A third session has also been added for this track. Pete Duessel, Director of Quality Assurance at Coca-Cola Refreshments, and SPX, will present the “Business Case” for using Electrolyzed Water to clean and Sanitize Process Systems in Beverage Manufacturing Systems.
