Farmer Joe Morette is raising about 50 Thanksgiving turkeys this year, and he's feeding them a unique diet that includes beer. Morette insists that the beer makes the birds fatter, more flavorful and juicier. Longtime customer Dan Bourque said the turkeys are much better than those available at the supermarket. Bourque said:
"We find the gravy is much darker, and much tastier. The bird overall has a slightly different taste that is very appealing."
