DENVER (AP) — A company that specializes in health foods is moving its headquarters to Boulder.
Smart Balance, Inc., announced Tuesday that it will also change its name to Boulder Brands, Inc.
The New Jersey-based company focuses on gluten-free diets, plant-based diets and other health foods.
The company acquired Denver-based Udi's Healthy Foods for $125 million in June, making it the fourth-largest marketer of natural foods.
