BEAVERTON, Ore. (Beaverton Foods) — Beaverton Foods, Inc. won six total awards and two Gold Medals at the 18th annual “World-Wide Mustard Competition” held at the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wis., in April. Nearly 300 mustard entries entered the competition, which honors mustards from all around the globe in 18 categories.
The following is a listing of the 83-year-old specialty and gourmet condiment manufacturer’s mustard medal winners: Gold, Horseradish-Wasabi, Inglehoffer Wasabi Horseradish Mustard and Classic Hot, Beaver Hot Chinese Mustard; Silver, Exotic, Beaver Hickory Bacon Mustard; and Bronze, Pepper Hot, Beaver Jalapeno Mustard, Garlic, Beaver Garlic Dijon Mustard, and Organic, Inglehoffer Organic Honey Mustard.
