(Organic Center) — The Organic Center recently released the first two of six reports, which examine the nutritional superiority of organic grains compared to "natural" and conventional varieties.

The authors of the first report concluded that commercially produced organic breads are more nutrient-rich, contain more whole food ingredients and have fewer preservatives and additives than conventional breads. The findings from the second report demonstrate that organically grown wheat can contain a higher nutrient content than wheat grown using convenitonal farming practices.
