Washington D.C. — The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is the largest baking trade show in North America and the only event that brings together the entire grain-based foods industry in one place to do business. The event showcases the industry’s latest technologies, equipment and new product introductions as well as offers cutting-edge seminars, demonstrations and networking events. 15,000 baking professionals are expected to attend to see an estimated 700 exhibiting companies.
