Italian Giuseppe Mozzillo, 28, hooked up with an Indian business partner, raised 500,000 euro ($712,000) and took out a 400,000 euro loan to make mozzarella from the milk of the original buffalo, in a nation with scanty refrigeration and little taste for European-style cheese.
