DALLAS (AP) — A worker has died following an industrial accident at a Dallas bakery.
Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans say the accident happened early Tuesday at CSM Bakery Products. Rescue crews arrived to find the man trapped by a piece of machinery. Evans says the man was crushed after somehow ending up on a conveyor belt.
The Dallas Morning News reports (http://dallasne.ws/pnXc1Q) the worker died shortly after being transported to Baylor University Medical Center. His name was not immediately released.
A message left with CSM Bakery Products was not immediately returned Tuesday to The Associated Press.
