(OTCQB: GLTC), creators of FireIce, a revolutionary water enhancing fire suppressant that has the potential to change current firefighting techniques, announced today that effective February 8, 2013, Mr. Joseph Ingarra has resigned as president and as director of GelTech in order to pursue other endeavors.
At this time GelTech and its Board of Directors are exploring options as it considers a successor and has already identified several highly qualified and experienced candidates that will be instrumental in managing the Company's future growth.
Mr. Ingarra, one of the Company's co-founders, expressed that it had been an honor and privilege to work with such a dedicated and hard-working team.
