The HD Large Bore Cylinder Series offer long service life even in abusive conditions and offers NFPA dimensional interchangeability. The large bore cylinders are constructed with a heavy-duty external rod bearing in the rod end head. Teflon® impregnated and hard coat anodized, this bearing ensures smooth rod motion while maintaining rod rigidity and stability. The entire rod gland and bearing may be quickly removed and replaced without disassembling the cylinder. A complete line of cylinders are offered in 5-in., 8-in., 10-in. and 12-in. sizes.
