Gravimetric Batch Blender

The Ultrablend 675 gravimetric batch blender is ideally suited for blending granules, regrinds and non-compacting powders (less than 5%). It can have up to six dosing components and offers improved accuracy with its vertical slide gate design. Its stainless steel construction provides high dosing accuracy and consistency, which improves end product quality and it uses fewer additives and reduces scrap. With its rugged, compact, modular construction, it provides high flexibility for extension hoppers and conveying system integration.
